This is a 6 week courses aimed at helping young people to find some peace in amongst the societal and exam pressures that they face.

Mindfulness is a way of being.  Its is safe preactice that helps you be present in the moment.  The more time you can sp

This course can be done online  at a time that best suits you or one to one with Berni, your facilitator.  It is also possible to deliever this course to groups of youn people through t their organisation such as schools, colleges and universeitites.
