 The aim of this course is to provide you with the foundations of a solid mindfulness and meditation practice. that will help you to improve you physci adn mental weelebing.

The course is designed to be accessed on a weekly basesis for 8 weeks.  Some epeople may starty to notice benefist befiore the 8 week sis complete and some may take a little lomnger to  see results
