Have you been feeling low, anxious, exhausted, stressed or even a bit numb? Do you have trouble relaxing or sleeping? Or perhaps you would just like a little relaxation and self care time? 

 

The practices of Mindfulness and Meditation have been used for thousands of years and recent studies have proven that they can significantly improve both physical and mental health. Both are approved by the National Institute for Care Excellence (NICE) and the NHS for the prevention of reocurring depression, anxiety and an improved sense of wellbeing. GPs are also now being encouraged to recommend a course of mindfulness prior to prescribing anti depressants.

 

Our courses and events are delivered both in person and online, by an experienced, compassionate and qualified mindfulness facilitator. The 'Mindfulness Now' programme is a fusion of both the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programmes. 

 

My purpose is to help you find your way to a more fulfilling, peaceful and calmer life.
