The practices of Mindfulness and Meditation have been used for thousands of years and recent studies have proven that they can significantly improve both physical and mental health. Both are practices approved by the National Institute for Care Excellence (NICE) for the prevention of reocurring depression, anxiety and an improved sense of wellbeing. GP's are also now being encouraged to recommend a course of mindfulness prior to prescribing anti depressants.
Our courses and events are delivered both face to face and via zoom by a compassionate, experienced and registered mindfulness facilitator. The Mindfulness Now programme is a fusion of both the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) programmes.
