This enjoyable and interactive training session is for Early Years Practitioners and parents and guardians of children between the ages of 0-5 years.  It aims to raise awareness of the benefits of a mindful lifestyle and assist them in confidently introducing a range of mindful and wellbeing practices to the children in their care.  The outcome for the child is the acquistion of skills required for emotional resilience, self expression and self regulation.
