One to One Sessions

We understand that working within a group situation is not right for everyone.

We understand that you might just prefer to have more flexibility over how and when your session occurs. For this reason we offer sessions for clients who would rather work with their facilitator on a one to one basis. 

More Information

It's totally up to you how and when you would like your One to One sessions to be conducted. Perhaps you would like to try a Mindfulness For Beginners course with a session time to suit you.


Or maybe you would like an individual session to help you get back on track after a period away from your practice. The focus of your session is entirely up to you.​


One to One sessions can be held in person with me, Berni, your faciltator.

Alternatively they can be held online, whatever suits you!
