Why do we continue to hold on to negative thoughts , feelings and emotions when we know they are no longer required and can even be destructive over time? Yet still we cling to them, as if letting go would mean giving up part of who we are. Creating time to have a mental clear out and regularly 'let go', is an essential part of good self care. If we don't make time for inner stillness and the emotional release that comes with it, our parasympathetic nervous system can easily become overwhelmed. This can cause stress, anxiety and can result in burnout and illness in the body and mind. Autumn is the perfect time for this process as we can reflect what is happening in the natural world around us. This is an invitation for you to put down your physical load and release old mental programmes in the tranquil surroundings of the Bedfordshire countryside. Join us for a relaxing day of mindful meditation, mindful movement and mindful crafting. Leaving you lighter and your spirit refreshed.
