Theme : Gratitude

We take so much for granted as we go about our daily lives. We expect our bodies to function normally, our environment to support us with food, air and water and even our friendships and relationships to continue smoothly with rarely a second thought for how this happens.
During this Autumn Retreat we will take some time out to focus on 'Gratitude'.
Recent research has found that those people with a regular gratitude practice are much healthier and happier than those who do not practice this attitude. Simply put, grateful people are happy people!​

Mindful Movement - Connecting With and Thanking Our Bodies
Discussion Topic - What am I grateful for?
Seasonal Lunch
Vipassana - Seeing the world how it really is.
