The modern world we have created is all about dashing through our day, achieving as much as possible. We want everything to happen instantly. We have produced a world in which we can have access to just about anything we want, whenever we want it and as a result our ability to practice patience is fast fading away. This loss patience brings with it suffering and stress for oursleves and those around us.
We have forgotten how to let life unfold naturally. Accepting what is and what will be. To wait and see what happens without fabricating instant results for a quick resolution.

During this retreat we will mindfully explore our own relationship to the attitude of patience. Through mindfulness activities and meditations we will begin to connect with and culivate feelings of patience and compassion helping you to leave the retreat refreshed, calmer and unhurried.
The itinerary for the day should look something like this:
