Cancellation Policy

Retreat spaces should be paid for at least one month in advance of the event. Your space cannot be guaranteed until full payment has been received. If you are unable to attend retreat, please let Berni know by email or telephone at the soonest opportunity. o berni@mindlightmeditation.com o 07848855570 Where possible I will always try to find a replacement for your space if you are unable to attend. If I can I will refund you part of your payment or offer you a discount on others events. However, this is not always possible and the costs involved in hosting such event means that you may not receive a refund for a cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event. Refunds and offers of discount on forthcoming events are at the discretion of Mindlight Meditation.
