In The Flow
Weekly Meditation Group

We understand that it is sometimes difficult to keep on track with your meditation practice and that some of you prefer practicing in the company of others. For this reason we offer a regular group meditation session.  These are held online, on the every Wednesday at 7.30 p.m. for an hour.

More Information

The many benefits of mindfulness and meditation are best achieved by practising on a regular basis. This regular session focusses upon a different theme each month. These range from examining the different attitudes of mindfulness to exploring values and beliefs held by other cultures.

 

The sessions are interactive and learning tools include discussion, storytelling, poetry, fun activities, occasional mindful movement and, of course, a guided meditation at each session.​

 

This is an opportunity for you to meet with other people who also practise mindfulness and meditation. A chance to share thoughts, ideas and insights about your practice and experience the joy of being part of a mindful community.
