This session is both informative and relaxing. Through lecture, discussion and experiential learning you will learn the basic principles of mindfulness and how you can apply the practice within your settings. We explore the cognitive, physical and social benefits of mindfulness as well as how it helps us achieve good mental health. The training is accompanied by access to an online portal with ready made resources for you and the children in your care. Suitable for Early Years Practitioners and parents alike.
